Epping Forrest 3 star Hotel are looking for a Meetings & Events Supervisor to support the Hotels management team in driving sales through conferences, events and group business.
You will require a minimum of one years experience within a similar position.
We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic event planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.
You will be event planning, designing and producing along with managing all project delivery elements within time limits and client’s specifications.
You will be organising facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc with ensuring
compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
We are looking for excellent time management, communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
MS Office proficiency, PowerPoint skills.
