Newly taken over & refurbished Village Inn situated in the beautiful Ribble Valley close to Blackburn has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join this small friendly and passionate Team. You will work closely with the Head Chef producing quality fresh local produce for the traditional pub menu which also has a freshly made pizza offering on it. You will manage and take control of the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off. You must be a good communicator and enjoy being a team player. High standards of hygiene are in place and you are to ensure they are maintained. Business is growing on a daily basis and customer feedback is good. This position is full time 5 days with Monday & Tuesdays off, shifts are straight, meals provided when on duty, own transport is essential due to Country location, free parking.
