A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experience Executive Chef/Head Chef with proven Man Management over multiple kitchens. This position will be based in a popular hotel on the borders of the Epping Forest, Essex. As the executive chef/ head chef you will produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision, as well as conference and events. You will ensure Food cost and GP are in line with budgeted expectations, establish the working schedule and organise the work in both kitchens so that everything works to a high standard whilst producing high quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements. The successful applicant will be a talented second in command ready for the first department head role or an experienced department Head currently looking for a chance to a growing and dynamic company.
