Busy banqueting establishment in the Wigan Area requires an experienced Sous Chef.
Must have at least 2 years banqueting experience and bring a good knowledge of nutrition and allergens. Our client is looking for the right candidate to lead, motivate and deliver within a team of chefs whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards of food and service.
Must have had at least one years experience in a similar position. Working with all fresh produce, catering for up to 1500 covers over a multi site.
Shifts Monday-Thursday 10-6 Friday & Saturday variable including evenings. Sundays OFF.
On site training will be given, staff discount on products, 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
Closed Xmas Day.
