A country pub near Turton are looking for chefs of all levels to join their kitchen team. This busy pub offers home cooked meals in a traditional pub setting.
Using locally sourced produce – this fresh food kitchen needs a Sous chef to be able to lead the team efficiently in the Head Chefs absence.
The ideal Sous Chef will have:
• Experience as a Sous Chef in a similar venue
• Be enthusiastic and passionate
• Come from a Fresh food background
• Have great knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene practices
Chef de Parties will need to have experience in working with fresh food and show willing in maintaining the high standards set out.
Shifts are straights, 5 days out of 7 and parking is available.
