A Chef de Partie is required for a recently refurbished 80 cover restaurant within a busy City centre hotel. Supporting the Head Chef and serving a branded British menu, you will also use your experience to create fresh specials using ingredients from local, regional suppliers. High levels of hygiene and H&S are required and a full working knowledge of all kitchen due diligence procedures.
Working within a team is essential for this role as you will be working with a diverse kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be confident in understanding costs and GP%.Role is 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7, a mixture of straight shifts over breakfasts and evenings.
