A stunning Pub Restaurant situated in the Bolton area is looking for a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The restaurant has various dining areas including their A la Carte restaurant serving fresh food to a high standard along with being a busy and popular venue for weddings, functions and business events. They have an outstanding reputation therefore the ideal chef will have knowledge of managing both A la Carte service and Banqueting in a similar environment and experience of working within a fine dining establishment helping across all areas. You will be organised, flexible and able to assist the Head Chef in maintaining the excellent standards and hygiene practices. Full time position.
