Our client has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their expanding business within an educational establishment.
As Sous Chef, you will work to support the Head Chef and will take the lead in their absence. You will be working in a fast-paced environment across a range of outlets and hospitality offerings. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Development Chef supporting in menu and recipe design. The right Sous Chef will have the drive to deliver existing events and concepts with flair. You will have already worked as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment with experience of supplying multiple hospitality offerings such as fine dine, sport bars, traditional bars, external and internal catering for conferencing and events so experience in high volume production would be an advantage. You will have a genuine love for fresh food and be knowledgeable and passionate about ingredients and current food trends and relish the opportunity to be creative and flexible.
