Stunning Award Winning Hotel situated in the Ribble Valley is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie & Commis Chef.
You must have previous experience working as part of a team producing a high standard of food using fresh produce with a passion and the flair to be adventurous. You must be able to take control of you own section along with working within a dedicated team. Enthusiasm and being eager to learn and develop is a must.
Commis Chef position would consider a collage leaver.
Access to own transport would be an advantage due to location.
Shifts are a mixture of straights and splits 5 days over 7.
