Our client is based in Lancaster and has a unique opportunity for a Sous chef with high volume experience.
As Sous Chef, you will work to support their Head Chef and will take the lead in his absence. You will be working in a fast-paced environment across a range of outlets and hospitality offering. You will also have the opportunity to work with their Development Chef supporting in menu and recipe design. The right Sous Chef will have the drive to deliver our existing events and concepts with flair. You will have already worked as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment with experience of supplying multiple hospitality offerings such as fine dine, sport bars, traditional bar, external and internal catering for conferencing and events so experience in high volume production is essential.You will have a genuine love for fresh food and be knowledgeable and passionate about ingredients and current food trends and relish the opportunity to be creative and flexible.
