We are delighted to announce that Perfect Recruitment is now an approved supplier on the Value Match Managed Sourcing Service (MSS) Supply Agency Framework.
For us, this is much more than another badge for the website.
The way schools and Multi-Academy Trusts procure temporary and agency staff is changing, and over recent months we have seen first-hand the impact those changes can have on local recruitment agencies, schools and, importantly, the temporary workers who rely on regular school bookings.
Perfect Recruitment has supplied temporary catering and support staff to schools across Lancashire and the North West for many years. When procurement changes meant some of those long-standing bookings could no longer continue through the existing route, we knew we needed to act.
Investing in the future of our school recruitment service
Becoming an approved supplier has involved extensive work behind the scenes, including due diligence, compliance checks, policies, accreditations and contractual requirements.
It has taken a significant investment of time for our small team, but it has been important to us to secure a compliant route that allows us to continue developing our work within the education sector.
Our approval means we can now move to the next stage of establishing contracts with the individual schools and Trusts we support through the MSS.
For existing school clients, Perfect Recruitment can work alongside Value Match to help with the process of putting the appropriate Customer Access Agreement in place.

Perfect Recruitment has been recruiting for the hospitality and catering sector since 2008, and that experience has given us a strong pool of candidates whose skills transfer perfectly into education environments.

Our aim is to create more routes to work and greater consistency of bookings for the people registered with Perfect Recruitment.
We are therefore encouraging candidates interested in education work to speak to us about Enhanced DBS clearance and the requirements for working within schools.
