An enthusiastic and highly organised Accounts and Finance Administrator with strong experience supporting busy finance teams through high-volume invoice processing, billing administration, and commercial administration. With a BA (Hons) in Business Management and several years of hands-on experience in administrative and customer-facing roles, this candidate offers a strong blend of financial accuracy, operational awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Currently working within a busy invoicing function, they are responsible for processing over 800 invoices per month, ensuring all billing information is accurate before release and maintaining up-to-date client records. Working closely with both operational and finance teams, they play an important role in maintaining smooth billing processes and resolving account queries efficiently.

Alongside their finance administration experience, the candidate brings five years of sales administration experience, giving them valuable insight into the full order-to-invoice process and a strong understanding of how operational activity translates into billing and financial reporting. This commercial awareness makes them particularly effective in roles where finance teams work closely with operations, sales, and customer service departments.

They are highly comfortable managing client data, financial documentation, internal systems, and account queries, and are known for their strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive approach to problem solving.
