This candidate is a highly organised and commercially astute administrative professional with over 4 years’ experience supporting complex operations across aviation, hospitality, retail, and global supply chain environments. Currently seeking a full-time administrative or business support role, they offer a rare combination of strong administration, data management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement expertise.
With a First Class Honours degree in Business Administration and hands-on experience within large, fast-paced corporate organisations, this candidate excels in roles requiring accuracy, structure, and proactive problem-solving. They are particularly strong in administrative coordination, system management, reporting, documentation control, procurement support, and internal communications.

Key strengths include:
• Administrative & Office Support – diary coordination, documentation management, data cleansing, reporting, and cross-team support
• Systems & Data Management – advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint administration, system optimisation, and data integrity improvement
• Procurement & Purchasing Administration – supplier onboarding, contract support, purchasing queries, and compliance processes
• Process Improvement & Operations Support – streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and reducing internal queries

In their current role within a global aviation organisation, the candidate supports logistics and planning operations, manages international shipment data, maintains compliance documentation, and leads system improvement projects that have reduced delays and improved visibility. Previous experience within a major UK hospitality group involved providing first-line purchasing and administrative support across multiple regions, designing internal training resources, and improving procurement data accuracy.

Earlier career experience includes operations management within hospitality, delivering 100% audit compliance, and a graduate rotational programme supporting retail, cruise operations, and supply chain administration within a multinational travel business.
