Duty Manager / Supervisor – Hospitality Professional (Wigan-Based, Driver)

A highly driven and people-focused hospitality professional based in Wigan, this candidate brings proven experience across Duty Manager, Supervisor and Assistant Manager roles within premium bar, restaurant and event environments. With a strong record of team leadership, guest service and day-to-day operational control, she offers the maturity, professionalism and hands-on approach needed to support fast-paced venues across the Northwest.

Starting her hospitality journey at a young age, she has progressed rapidly from front-of-house and bar roles into supervisory and duty management positions. She is confident overseeing busy shifts, supporting staff, maintaining service standards and ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every time. Her background spans bartending, bar supervision, cocktail production, barista service, table service, venue preparation, cellar duties and event support.
As a Duty Manager in her current venue, she is trusted with keyholder responsibilities, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, staff training, floor and bar supervision, guest hosting, booking system management, and consistent communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams. She leads by example, promoting high standards of presentation, professionalism and teamwork across every shift.

Her experience includes:
• Overseeing full bar operations including stock control, cellar checks, equipment management, and exceptional beverage standards.
• Delivering crafted cocktails, mocktails, spirits, draft products and artisan coffees using commercial barista equipment.
• Hosting and coordinating guest bookings, greeting customers warmly, and managing table turn times to maximise the guest experience and business efficiency.
• Training, mentoring and supporting new and existing team members, ensuring confidence, knowledge and consistency.
• Maintaining excellent health & safety and hygiene practices, including compliance checks and daily operational standards.
• Supporting venue events, private hires and special occasions, providing clear communication and a high-quality, personalised service.
• Working collaboratively with management teams to maintain staff morale, operational efficiency and forward planning.

She is also equipped with strong academic results and holds industry-relevant qualifications including a Personal Licence certificate (pending application), Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3), and WSET Level 2 in Wines.
Highly organised, professional and passionate about hospitality, she prides herself on being a welcoming and reliable presence—offering excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a natural ability to build rapport with both guests and colleagues. With a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel across the North West, she is now seeking a new opportunity as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Manager where she can continue to develop her career and contribute to a forward-thinking hospitality business.
