Executive Chef
With over 15 years of hands-on culinary and leadership experience, this candidate is a highly accomplished Executive Chef known for delivering exceptional results in high-pressure, high-volume hospitality environments.
Currently leading the kitchen at a luxury 59-bedroom hotel and wedding venue in the North West, overseeing operations for more than 140 weddings annually. Since stepping into the Executive Chef role, he has consistently upheld the venue’s AA Rosette award while managing a brigade of over a dozen chefs and kitchen porters. He is responsible for menu development across weddings, banqueting, and fine dining, including seasonal and festive offerings.
Previous experience includes Head Chef roles at busy conference and event hotels, where he successfully delivered large-scale banqueting for up to 220 guests, managed high-profile events, and maintained AA Rosette standards. His early career saw him progress through various culinary and front-of-house roles, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both kitchen operations and guest service.
