This candidate is highly skilled in restaurant management, bar operations, and hospitality leadership recruitment markets in the North West, with a strong track record of:
• Managing teams of 60+ in high-volume hospitality environments
• Delivering consistent revenue growth and exceeding KPIs
• Increasing covers and optimising service efficiency
• Leading new openings and large-scale hospitality operations

• Full P&L responsibility, stock control, and cost management
