We are working with a highly experienced Senior Sous Chef with over 16 years’ experience in hotel, banqueting, and high-volume kitchen operations across the UK, UAE, and India. Currently based in London, this candidate is actively seeking relocation opportunities and is available to employers offering Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
This Senior Sous Chef has a proven background within large hotels, resorts, conference and events venues, and multi-outlet food and beverage operations. Their experience includes high-volume banqueting, all-day dining, and premium hospitality environments, with consistent responsibility for service delivery, team leadership, and operational standards.
Having worked on multiple hotel pre-opening projects, the candidate brings hands-on expertise in kitchen setup, workflow planning, menu development, and operational launch, ensuring kitchens open on time and operate efficiently from day one.

• Senior Sous Chef experience in hotel and banqueting kitchens
• Strong background in conference, events & large-scale banqueting
• Multi-outlet hotel F&B operations and all-day dining
• Pre-opening hotel kitchen setup and operational launches
• Brigade leadership, staff training, rota support, and Head Chef cover
• Menu planning, food costing, stock control, and waste reduction
• Calm, structured leadership in high-pressure service environments
• International cuisine experience: Italian, Arabic, steakhouse/grill & kosher
• Fully Food Hygiene & HACCP trained, with strong compliance focus
The candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and has built a career delivering consistent quality, food safety, and operational efficiency within fast-paced hospitality settings.
