This experienced Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef candidate brings a strong pedigree from Michelin-level, 3 AA Rosette, luxury hotel, and destination dining environments, making them an excellent fit for high-quality restaurants, hotels, and gastro pubs across the UK.
Currently working as a Senior Sous Chef in a fine dining operation, this chef plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef, leading service, developing menus, and maintaining the highest culinary and food safety standards. They are comfortable running the kitchen independently and have a proven ability to deliver consistency under pressure.
The candidate has an impressive background in award-winning kitchens, including roles at Michelin-standard restaurants and established rosette venues, where they developed advanced skills in seasonal menu creation, butchery, fish preparation, and modern plating techniques. Their experience spans both structured brigade kitchens and creative, produce-led operations.
In addition to restaurant and hotel experience, they have also worked as a Private Chef in the South of France, catering for daily dining alongside high-profile events for 150–300 guests. This role demonstrated exceptional organisational skills, budget control, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-end food in demanding, high-expectation environments.
They have contributed to new restaurant openings, helping to establish kitchen systems, procedures, and team structures, and are well regarded for their ability to mentor junior chefs, improve kitchen efficiency, and support strong GP control.
Now seeking a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef role, this candidate is open to relocation and live-in accommodation, making them particularly attractive for destination venues and luxury hospitality businesses.
