Perfect Recruitment is on the lookout for experienced Relief Chefs to join our growing team. Whether you're an established Chef de Partie, a confident Sous Chef, or a Head Chef looking for a change of pace, if flexibility and weekly pay appeal to you, we want to hear from you.
You'll be placed across a variety of great hospitality venues throughout Lancashire, stepping in to keep kitchens running smoothly during peak periods, holiday cover, and staff shortages.

What We Need From You
- At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred (some venues are rural)
- Valid Level 2 Food Hygiene & Food Safety certificate
- Background in fast-paced kitchen environments
- A dependable team player who's equally comfortable working solo
- A positive, adaptable attitude when joining new kitchen teams
