Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie
Location: Kirkham
Type: Full Time – 45 hours per week.
Salary: £30,000 DOE

We are working with a fantastic client in Kirkham, Preston, supporting them on their search for a talented Chef De Partie for 2 of their restaurants.
We’re looking to speak with experienced Chef De Parties who have a background working in high volume, fresh food restaurants and who possess all round experience of working on all sections.
Chef De Partie Ideal Profile:
1. Strong Work Ethic
- Committed to delivering high-quality food consistently, even under pressure.
2. Attention to Detail
- Ensures that every dish is prepared with no compromises on quality.
3. Team Player
- Works collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs, Kitchen Porters, and other CDPs.
4. Calm Under Pressure
- Able to work efficiently during peak times without compromising on food quality or safety.
5. Passionate About Fresh Food
- Genuinely passionate about cooking and using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
6. Time Management Skills
- Excellent at managing time to ensure dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
7. Leadership Abilities
- Capable of taking charge of their station, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Able to train and guide junior staff, delegating tasks while maintaining quality and speed.
8. Positive Attitude
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a good atmosphere in the kitchen.
- Enthusiastic about cooking and learning new skills.
