We are on the lookout for an experienced Sous Chef!

About the Role/Responsibilities:
Seeking a Sous Chef with experience in a commercial kitchen to join their dedicated and supportive team. As a small group, reliability is key, since they depend on one another to ensure smooth operations. They pride themselves on maintaining a fun, friendly work environment where team members work collaboratively and feel valued.
Duties will include standard kitchen responsibilities such as food preparation and cooking to order. During quieter times and evenings you may be working independently.
Ability to lead a successful team of chefs and collaborate new ideas with the Head Chef to help develop the overall running of the kitchen.

Schedule:
Our typical work week includes daytime shifts and weekends.
Shifts: 5 days out of 7 between 10am to 10pm.
Our client is happy to keep the same days per week.
