£13.00+ per hour DOE + Service Charge + Paid Overtime
Full Time | 45 Hours per Week

Perfect Recruitment are delighted to be working with a busy and well-established countryside hotel in Durham who are looking to add a talented Chef de Partie to their growing kitchen brigade.
The hotel operates a busy kitchen with a variety of service styles including restaurant dining, weddings, events, functions and hotel guests. This is a fantastic role for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their section and wants to be part of a supportive team where they can continue to develop.

The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your own section, preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while supporting the wider kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain standards, contribute ideas and help deliver consistently excellent food across the business.

What they’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress
• Experience working with fresh, quality ingredients
• Ability to confidently run your own section during busy services
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• A reliable team player who thrives in a busy kitchen environment
• Passion for producing great food consistently
