We are currently recruiting skilled Sous Chefs across the Lancashire, Greater Manchester & The Lake District area for a range of exciting opportunities in permanent and agency roles. Whether you come from a casual dining, fine dining, or banqueting background, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Lead and motivate kitchen teams during service
- Contribute to menu development and food preparation
- Adapt to various kitchen environments and service styles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
- Strong culinary and leadership skills
- Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to work across a variety of settings and shifts (for agency roles)
