Job Title: Environmental & Sustainability Consultant
Location: Hybrid & Chorley Office
Type: Part-Time 16 hours per week (Pro-Rata Salary)
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year (pro-rata)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Environmental & Sustainability Consultant to join the team on a part-time basis.
In this role, you’ll:
- Help develop and implement ISO management systems for environmental, energy, and sustainable events.
- Carry out audits, deliver training, and support clients with their sustainability strategies.
- Manage carbon footprint reporting across all emission scopes.
- Work closely with senior leaders on projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Support and mentor postgraduate interns while representing the company at networking events.
- Have the chance to travel internationally (EU and USA) to support global projects.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant environmental discipline.
- Membership of ISEP, Energy Institute, or similar body.
- Lead ISO 14001 Auditor qualification.
- At least 3 years of industry experience in sustainability or environmental roles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good commercial awareness and project management experience.
- A full clean driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- The right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
