Construction Project Manager | Retrofit, Decarbonisation & Major Residential Projects
Experienced Construction Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience delivering construction, retrofit and decarbonisation projects across the UK and internationally. Strong background managing projects from initial brief through to completion, with expertise spanning programme management, project planning, budgets, risk management, contract administration, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Most recently managed large-scale PAS 2035 retrofit and decarbonisation programmes across more than 1,250 residential properties throughout the UK, coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineers, surveyors, installers, subcontractors and Retrofit Coordinators.
Commercially and operationally focused, with experience monitoring budgets, KPIs, project risks, programme performance and contractor delivery, alongside producing governance reports and performance dashboards for senior stakeholders. Experienced working with local authorities, funding bodies, clients and delivery partners, particularly within complex, multi-stakeholder and occupied residential environments.
Earlier career experience includes construction project engineering on a 10-storey reinforced concrete residential development, with exposure to planning, procurement, tendering, subcontractor management, cost control, variations and site delivery.
Holds an APM-accredited MSc in Construction Project Management alongside a B.E. in Civil Engineering, with additional CPD covering construction planning and scheduling, risk management, health & safety, fire safety, asbestos awareness and energy management.
