Venues: Restaurants, Hotels, Pubs & Gastro Pubs.

Location: Warrington, Chester, Widnes, Liverpool, Manchester

Experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef, seeking a new full time position in a quality venue.

• Has been working as a relief chef for the last few years in a variety of roles and establishments.
• Has worked in high volume fresh food environments.
• Has worked up to 2 Rosette in previous roles
• Strong on team management, training & development.
• Excellent knowledge of menu development and costings to achieve profit.
• Strong on compliance, standards and cleanliness.
• Drives with access to own vehicle.

Desired Salary: £40,000 +
