Regional Operations Manager / Area Manager – Hospitality
Experienced multi-site hotel operations leader with extensive UK hospitality experience, currently operating at Area Manager level across a portfolio of hotels. A commercially focused and hands-on hospitality professional with a proven track record in hotel operations, business performance, team leadership, cost control, revenue management and operational improvement.
With 20+ years’ hospitality management experience, this candidate has progressed from operational roles within branded hotels through General Management, multi-site Operations Management and senior Area Management positions. Most recently, he has spent approximately two years as an Area Manager with a leading UK hotel group, before taking up a further Area Manager position with another established UK hotel operator in January 2026.
His current experience includes providing operational leadership and support across multiple hotel properties, working closely with General Managers to improve standards, commercial performance, guest experience, people development and overall operational efficiency.
Previously, he held several successful General Manager positions across hotels, restaurants, conference and function venues, with responsibility for P&L, revenue generation, labour control, GP performance, stock management, recruitment, team development, health & safety, food safety, sales and marketing. He has also delivered business improvement and turnaround initiatives and supported the operational performance of multiple sites.
