Outside of work
I’m thoroughly enjoying my new life up north and when I’m not working you can find me enjoying all that the Northwest has to offer, I’ll either be out walking / crawling up a big hill in the Lake District, enjoying some of the best food & drink around, or watching my beloved Spurs break my heart on a weekly basis.
Interesting Fact
The first pub I worked in was frequented by quite a lot of famous faces, the most famous person I had the pleasure of serving was David Beckham over the Christmas period.

All of them! There’s no such thing as a boring job in hospitality!
Years in the business
This is my first year in full time recruitment, I’ve always enjoyed the recruitment process from my previous life in hospitality.
Prior to Perfect Recruitment
I worked in hospitality for over 10 years, starting from the bottom and working my up to management positions both FOH & BOH. I decided over a year ago to leave my position as Head Chef / Kitchen Manager and move up North to Preston and I’ve not looked back since.
