Your Role:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
- Support the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food service.
- Assist with stock control, orders, and supplier relationships.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a seamless kitchen operation, maintaining excellence under pressure.
